Police search for three potentially injured men following shooting in Sheffield

Police officers are trying to find three men who they believe could have been injured in a shooting in Sheffield last night.

It is believed a blue Audi pulled up alongside a parked taxi on Margate Drive in the Grimesthorpe area of the city just after half past nine last night.

A gun was then fired at the taxi, damaging its window.

The three passengers, who are all believed to be men in their 20s, left the scene, but police fear they could need medical help.

The taxi driver was uninjured. A 23-year-old man has been arrested on firearms offences.
