This Evening and Tonight:Showers continuing this evening, but becoming increasingly confined to the west of the region so that eastern parts are largely dry with clear skies overnight and lighter winds inland. Minimum temperature 8 °C.

Thursday:The odd shower across western hills, otherwise a mostly dry morning with sunny spells. In the afternoon, cloud will increase, bringing showery outbreaks of rain. Breezy, particularly over higher ground. Maximum temperature 14 °C.

Outlook for Friday to Sunday:Windy with patchy cloud on Friday, outbreaks of rain expected. Increasingly cloudy Saturday but winds easing. Rain expected overnight and throughout much of Sunday.
