A former professional footballer from Scunthorpe who ended up homeless and taking twenty nine pills a day - is urging young athletes to ask for help before it is too late.
35 year old Tyrone Kirk started his career at Scunthorpe United - and also had trials for Sheffield United.
But his footballing dream collapsed after he became addicted to the painkiller Tramadol and ended up on the streets. Katharine Walker reports.
