Man appears in court charged with murder of man and woman in Branston

A man has appeared in court charged with murder after two bodies were found at a house in a Lincolnshire village.

Andrei-Mihai Simion-Muntean, 22, of Lincoln Road, Branston went before Lincoln Magistrates' Court today. He's been remanded in custody.

While formal identification is yet to take place, the victims are believed to be 51-year-old Premm Monti, originally from Romania, and 71-year-old Robert Tully, originally from the United States.Their families have been informed.

The police were called to the address on Lincoln Road at 11.13am on Monday where the bodies of a man and woman were found.
