Man whose body was found in sea near Bridlington is named

A boat crew alerted authorities yesterday morning (Wednesday 24 July) after they recovered a body off the East Yorkshire Coast.

A man whose body was found in the sea 25 miles off the coast of Bridlington has today been named by his family.

A boat crew alerted authorities yesterday morning (Wednesday 24 July) after they recovered a body off the East Yorkshire Coast.

Today he has been named as Peter Mosley, 37, from Withernsea who went missing on Friday 5 July.

Peter had been reported as missing after he went into the sea off a boat near Tunstall close to Withernsea.

His death is not being treated as suspicious.
