Liam Gallagher to play special show in Hull
Liam Gallagher has announced he'll perform a special concert in Hull, after fans voiced disappointment at the city being missed off his latest tour.
The former Oasis frontman took to twitter to reveal that he is planning a special show.
It came after he announced a new UK tour which includes 11 dates in November, which calls at Sheffield Arena on November 18.
He wrote: "To all my brothers n sisters in Hull. I'm reading there is disappointment in the air as I'm not playing there on my UK tour.
"I am planning a special gig there soon trust me, it's happening, now stop with the name calling on twitter as I'm a sensitive soul and can't handle it. LG."
The singer is playing on the Pyramid Stage at Glastonbury on Saturday.
He has just released a new track River which is from his second solo album which comes out in September.
