Campaigners who are calling for a public inquiry into the so-called Battle of Orgreave have been honoured today with a rally of hundreds of trade unionists.

A march took place through the centre of Wakefield as part of the Banners Held High event.

It's 35 years since the striking miners clashed with police officers at the coking plant in South Yorkshire.

Trade unionists came to the town from all over the country. And some of the Justice for Orgreave campaigners addressed the crowd.
