Claudia's law moves step closer

Justice Minister David Gauke has announced that the so-called Claudia's Law named after missing York chef Claudia Lawrence is moving closer.

Her father, Peter wants a reduction in the time families wait before they can manage the affairs of missing people.

It could become law by July.
