Two former Tour de Yorkshire champions have confirmed they will ride this weeks race.
Greg Van Avermaet and Serge Pauwels who won stages in 2018 and 2017 respectively will return to Yorkshire looking to add to their previous success.
One of Women cyclists more decorated riders Marianne Vos will also be amongst the peloton when the Women's race starts on Friday.
Van Avermaet was involved in a crash at Liège-Bastogne-Liège on Sunday but his Team have confirmed he only suffered cuts and bruises and the 33 year old will line up in Doncaster on Thursday to defend his title.
