Man due in court over death of 87 year old pedestrian killed in collision

A man is due in court today charged with the murder of an 87-year-old pedestrian who was killed in a collision with a car on Good Friday.

The man was struck by a vehicle in Melbourne Street at Mansfield Woodhouse.

Gavin Collins, from Tibshelf in Derbyshire, has also been charged with kidnap, robbery, and burglary.
