100 Firefighters tackle huge blaze on Ilkley Moor
The fire which broke out shortly after 3pm on Easter Saturday was still raging 12 hours later.
At its height around 100 firefighters tackled the blaze with help from neighbouring fire services and search and rescue volunteers.
By Easter Sunday morning, around 70 firefighters replaced those weary from fighting the fire overnight.
They are currently using 7 jets and beaters, specialist wildfire units are also in attendance and a helicopter is assisting with overhead water attack.
During the height of the blaze West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service also had to respond to two other moorland fires, sending four appliances to Eldwick near Bingley and three to Ogden Water in Halifax
