Murder inquiry launched after man stabbed to death in Huddersfield

Police investigating a fatal stabbing in Huddersfield have launched a murder inquiry.

The victim, believed to be in his 40s, was found unresponsive on New Hey Road in the early hours of Tuesday March 26, 2019.

He was taken to hospital for treatment but died from his injuries.

A police cordon remains at the scene while forensic examinations are underway.
