A group of women from Yorkshire are calling on the NHS to give doctors better training on endometriosis.

The painful condition sees cells of the womb growing other places and it can even lead to infertility.

Endometriosis affects 1.5 million women in the UK. But it takes an average of 8 years to diagnose - and there is no cure.

Keisha, who has set up a support group in Leeds, has had it since she was 11 but did not find out officially until a decade later.

Doctors said it can only be diagnosed with surgery which comes with its own risks. Katharine Walker reports.
