Quadruple amputee has double hand transplant
Corinne Hutton was close to death when she lost both her hands and feet five years ago after contracting sepsis.
But, determined not to let her loss hold her back, Corinne began to campaign tirelessly on behalf of others in her own situation, founding a charity to raise awareness of organ and limb donation.
She is now sitting up in a hospital bed in Leeds on the verge of a new life, having undergone a double hand transplant. Chris Kiddey has her remarkable story.
