Pedestrian suffers life-threatening injuries after Hillsborough collision

A pedestrian is critically injured in hospital after being involved in a collision in Hillsborough near Sheffield.

It happened around 4am on Saturday November 24 when a van/taxi minibus hit the pedestrian on Penistone Road, close to the junction of Bastock Road. The man suffered life-threatening injuries and was taken to hospital.

Police are appealing for anyone with dashcam footage, or anyone who may have witnessed the collision to get in touch.
