Tennis star Edmund out of action due to knee injury

Beverley's Kyle Edmund won't play again this season due to a knee injury.

It has been a breakthrough year for the 23-year-old - he became British number one, won his first ATP Tour title and also reached the semi-finals in the Australian Open in January.

He was due to play Russian Karen Khachanov in the second round of the Paris Masters, but has withdrawn after a scan revealed he has fluid behind his knee.
