Sheffield man crowned Neighbour of the Year

A man from Sheffield has been recognised as Neighbour of the Year.

Paul Zeun was nominated for ten years of good deeds that have made his immediate community a better place to live.

Paul does diy, takes in parcels and even brings in washing for his neighbours.
