Playstation game helps police hone driving skills

Lincolnshire Police were recently invited down to Silverstone where they did timed laps of the Stowe circuit. They then got advice from former professional racers and honed their skills on GT Sport - the latest in the Gran Tourismo series.

It's makers claim it's so realistic it can be used to help police drive more safely at high speeds.

Each of the officers used a day's leave to take part in the initiative, and the costs were met by Playstation. We were particularly tickled by PC Suzie Ranyard's reactions to the game. Take a look.
