Sisters reflect on horror of Manchester Arena terror attack one month on
Video report by Helen Steel
It is exactly a month since the terror attack in Manchester killed 22 people, and injured 119 more.
Two sisters have told Calendar the harrowing tale of how they fought for their lives - while those around them lay dying.
Janet Senior was picking up her nieces from the Ariana Grande concert - along with her sister Josie Howarth. They were just 15 feet away from the Salman Abedi when he detonated the bomb.
Josie had two bolts lodged in her leg, and she was convinced she would bleed to death. But Janet managed to help her wrap her handbag strap around the leg - which paramedics said saved them.
Janet has had to have her collar bone replaced.
It has left them unable to run the Wonky Donkey sanctuary in Knottingley - which they own. They have been helped, however, by kind volunteers and fundraisers, who set up a fundraising page.
