Book written by widower remembering Jo Cox published

The widower of the murdered Batley and Spen MP Jo Cox will release a book about the life of his wife today.

Royalties for Brendan Cox's Jo Cox: More in Common, will go towards the Jo Cox Foundation.

Meanwhile communities across the country will come together at a host of events to mark the first anniversary of the murder of Jo Cox this weekend.

Thousands of events are expected to take place as part of The Great Get Together between June 16 and 18.

It will comprise of a weekend of celebrations aimed at bringing people together.
