Ten men and teens cautioned for revealing identity of woman who accused Ched Evans of rape
Ten men and teenagers who revealed the identity of a woman who accused footballer Ched Evans of rape have been cautioned by police.
The Chesterfield striker was cleared of rape after a retrial in 2016. He had been accused of attacking the woman in a hotel room in Wales.
Following the second trial, police investigated after the woman's name was revealed on social media.
Anyone who reports being a victim of a sex offence is guaranteed lifelong anonymity.
