Yorkshire has been named as the UK's tea capital.
People from the White Rose County drink up to five cups a day according to a poll of 2,000 people.
And since it's National Tea Day, Dr Carrie Ruxton, from the Tea Advisory Panel, gives us the lowdown on why you should drink it.
