Flags lowered to half mast in Leeds in mark of solidarity

Flags on civic buildings in Leeds have been lowered to half-mast as a mark of respect to those affected by the Westminster terror attack.

World leaders have condemned the terror attack at the Houses of Parliament that ended in the deaths of four people and the assailant and left 40 injured.

Prime Minister Theresa May described the attack as "sick and depraved".
