Woman sexually assaulted bites attacker

A 23-year-old woman has been sexually assaulted after a night out with a friend.

It happened on Saturday March 18 at around 11.10pm . The woman had left her friend and was walking near West Acridge when she was grabbed from behind and forced to the floor before being sexually assaulted.

During the attack she managed to bite her attacker around the cheek or collar bone.

The suspect is described as being 5ft 7ins tall and was wearing jeans with a top that she said felt rough at the time.
