Ben Needham exclusive: Sister speaks of family's heartache as search continues
Ben Needham's sister has said she is unsure of whether she wants to know Ben's fate.
Leighanna Needham spoke exclusive of her family's anguish as the search continues for her brother's remains continues.
Now 22 and a mother herself, Leigh-Anna Needham hadn't been born when Ben went missing on the Greek island of Kos in 1991.
South Yorkshire Police are five days into excavations on Kos close to the farmhouse where he disappeared 25 years ago. It follows claims the Sheffield toddler was knocked down and killed by a digger at the time before being buried nearby.
But her whole life has been overshadowed by the search for the brother she never knew.
Despite the agony of uncertainty that the Needham family has endured for the last quarter of a century, however, Leigh-Anna says she is fearful for what the new search may reveal.
