Immingham firearms stand-off ends
After nearly five hours of negotiating with a man with a firearm has come out of a property in Immingham.
Yesterday evening a 37-year-old man was successfully negotiated out of a house on Ancholme Avenue and a number of firearms have been recovered and made safe.
The man is currently on his way to a police custody suite, arrested in connection with criminal damage, threats to life and section 16 of the firearms act.
Police say they are pleased to say no-one was hurt during the stand-off and residents can return to their properties.
