Hull City fan group to repeat 'red card' protest

A Hull City fan group has said they plan to repeat their 'red card' protest at the club's final game of the season against Rotherham, as they feel the club is not listening to their opinions over a proposed new membership scheme.

Hull City Supporters' Trust say they have written to the club to raise their concerns about the scheme, which would a new pricing structure for season tickets for the 2016/17 campaign.

The trust say:

Fans held up red cards in protest before the Tigers' 2-0 home win over Brentford at the weekend to show their dissatisfaction at the club's owners, headed by Dr Assem Allam.

Manager Steve Bruce called for the fans to put their unrest until the season's end, while they push to regain Premier League status via the Championship play-offs.

ITV News contacted Hull City, who said they would not be making any comment at this time.
