Treatments could give new hope to Alzheimer's patients
News emerged this week which could give hope to thousands of Alzheimers sufferers in our region after the unveiling of new drugs which could slow the progression of the disease.
Researchers have revealed promising results into the studies of two treatments , which if given early enough, can apparently slow the decline of the condition.
We have been getting reaction to the new development from two families coping with Alzheimers - in Leeds and York.
