Bradford City boss Phil Parkinson says many Premier League clubs will be jealous of his team's cup position as they prepare to play Reading for a place in an FA Cup semi final at Wembley.

Parkinson has led his team on historic cup runs in recent years, achieving memorable victories against Premier League opposition including Chelsea and reaching the Capital One Cup final two years ago.

The Bantams boss says an FA Cup semi final this season would be bigger than the final loss against Swansea in 2013.

Speaking ahead of the game he told ITV Calendar his team would "give it everything" in Saturday's game:

Reading are a team close to Parkinson's heart after he made more than 350 appearances for the Royals.

He was named player of the season twice in a row, in 1998 and 1998, and was key in their Second Division title winning season in 2002.

In a fan's poll he was voted the club's best ever central midfielder and looks back fondly on his time at the Madjeski:
