Lincolnshire school celebrates World Book Day library funding success

Children came to school dressed as their favourite book characters

Children in Lincolnshire are celebrating after helping to win £3,000 for their school to stock their library.

The pupils at Bourne Westfield School sang a song for the competition which is funded by American author James Patterson.

Hexthorpe Primary in Doncaster won £10,000 after coming first in the same competition.
