Tomlinson to turn out for Rovers star's testimonial
Despite being a member of the world's biggest boyband, One Direction's Louis Tomlinson still has time to turn out for his one true love - Doncaster Rovers.
12 months ago he played for Donny's reserve team and during the summer he made a failed attempt to buy the club.
Now the Doncaster native is set to don the red and white hoops once again later this year when he turns out to honour one of the clubs longest serving players, James Coppinger.
The attacking midfielder is now in his 11th season at the club. Born in Guisborough on the edge of the North York Moors Coppinger moved to South Yorkshire in 2005, racking up over 400 appearances, earning two promotions, enduring two relegations and scoring 47 goals, and on April the 19th fans will turn out to show their appreciation:
