German Christmas market in Leeds

The German Christmas market opens today.

Now in its 11th year, the Chrstkindelmarkt is made up of more than 40 traditional wooden chalet stalls from Germany offering Christmas gifts, food and entertainment.

Over 250,000 people are expected to visit and sample delicacies such as gluhwein, bratwurst, schnitzels, soups and goulash, stollen, and gingerbread.
