It's been a successful Chelsea Flower Show for several exhibitors from around the Calendar region.

Leeds University's sustainable ecological garden - which aims to show how even the smallest garden can make a difference - won a Gold Medal in the Royal Horticultural Society's Environment Category.Welcome To Yorkshire's Bronte Garden, inspired by the landscape around Haworth - the home of the Bronte sisters - also took Gold in the Artisan Garden category, and "A Rural Muse", the brainchild of Lincolnshire designer Adam Frost, took Gold in the most prestigious category of all - the Show Gardens.Meanwhile the Royal Bank of Canada's Blue Water Show Garden - designed by Sheffield University Professor Nigel Dunnett - won Silver Gilt, and "Out Of The Blue" - a roof garden designed by Alan Gardner and York lawn turf company, Lindum - took Bronze in the Fresh Garden category.
