Wakefield College revamp

The new build on the city campus site will reach its highest point today.

The building, which will house the Sixth Form centre, providing university level courses, a restaurant and a library, is due to open in September.

One of the beams which forms the building's structure will be signed by the Principal and students - the ceremony traditionally banishes evil spirits.
