Fracking in Yorkshire?
Environmentalists say they’re concerned that a controversial gas extraction method known as “fracking” could come to Yorkshire.
It involves pumping water and chemicals deep underground at high pressure to bring out the gas.
The process was halted at a site in Lancashire after two small earthquakes. But an independent report has now said it should continue - but under strict conditions. The Department of Energy have not yet make a decision on whether to allow the fracking to resume.
Tony Bosworth from Friends of the Earth speaks to us about it.
