Shocked neighbours witnessed her run into her garden attempting to put out the flames. Ms Hill's daughter raised the alarm, paramedics and firefighters arrived at the house within minutes. It cames two days after Cabinet Minister Francis Maude said people should avoid petrol shortages by storing fuel in jerry cans. Yesterday Prime Minister David Cameron said his thoughts were with Diane Hill and her family.
