The museum houses about 30 'bubble cars' – the name given to cars with engines smaller than 700cc, classic scooters and other 1960s memorabilia – the era in which the cars reached their peak of popularity.
The museum first opened in 2004 but has been closed for a year-and-a-half.
Owner Paula Cooper is excited at the museum once again opening its doors.
She said: "The new museum is almost double the size it was and has bigger tea rooms and more space around each car.
"We have been working like mad on the museum right up to the night before its reopening."
The museum was officially reopened by Mayor of Boston, Councillor Mary Wright who attended the opening with her daughter Sue Donaldson and driver Alexander Wilson.
