Pregnant sheep seriously injured in Moffat attack

Four pregnant sheep have been seriously injured in what police believe to have been a dog attack.

The farmer at Meiklehom Side, Moffat, came across the injured sheep on the morning of Sunday 28 January, three of which had to be humanely destroyed by a vet.

Police are appealing for witnesses to help them trace the dog(s) and the owner. Anyone with any information is asked to call 101.
