Castle Douglas scout hut roof blown off in high-force winds

Storm Ophelia hit Castle Douglas last night with high force winds of up to 75 mph, blowing the roof off of a scout hut.

The roof blew close to some nearby houses and is now stuck on the roof a church. Residents were asked to remain indoors while emergency services attended the scene:
