Concern for missing Grasmere man

Concern is growing for a man from Grasmere who's thought to be missing.

24-year old Shayne Gordon has only lived in the area a short time and is originally from the Warrington area.

He has not been seen since leaving work in Grasmere at 4am on Saturday morning.

Cumbria Police officers say they are concerned for his welfare and are asking anyone with knowledge of his whereabouts to get in touch.

He is described as white, of skinny build and around 5ft 10ins tall with floppy long, dark brown hair, a beard and grey/blue eyes. He may be wearing green camouflage clothing and walking boots.
