This week marks the fifth anniversary of some of the worst flooding this region has ever seen. Thousands of people had their way of life turned upside down as a combination of very heavy rain and swollen rivers had devastating consequences on a wide area, from Cockermouth and Keswick to Appleby and Dumfries.
