They will perform their own dance and carry the flags of all 71 countries taking part in this summers Commonwealth Games, which begin in Glasgow in July. The Queen's Baton Relay will travel through the Borders on June 18th and there will be an evening of music and dancing in Hawick.

Olivia Roper, Performing Arts Co-ordinator at Scottish Borders Council says "The event will be a creative and colourful addition to the final leg of the Queen's Baton Relay in the Borders and recognise the region's twinning with Tonga."

The Baton will be in Dumfries and Galloway the following day.
