Clean-up begins after flooding
The clean-up is underway after the region experienced extreme weather and flooding over the past few weeks.
MSP to raise Dumfries and Galloway flooding in Scottish Parliament
The Dumfriesshire MSP Elaine Murray is due to ask the Scottish Government how it will respond to recent flooding in Dumfries and Galloway and across Scotland.
She has lodged a 'topical question' to be asked at 2pm, before the Scottish Parliament debates Scotland's Future.
