Carlisle Pageant
A parade of giant puppets will tour through the city on Saturday 17th August as part of the city Council's annual pageant.
Fun for all the family
A week long celebration of Carlisle's culture and history begins with today's pageant. between 10am and 4pm there will be face painting, stilt walkers and jugglers all around the city centre. The pageant itself will feature famous characters from Carlisle's past.
