Update: one lane remains closed on A66 near Penrith

One lane westbound remains closed on the A66 near Penrith following a large fire but both sides of the road are now moving freely. A mobile crane caught fire at the Kemplay Roundabout causing huge delays. The remains of the crane will be removed on Monday night.
