Whitehaven Festival 2013
Whitehaven is preparing for their annual festival, with more than 200,000 people expected over the weekend.
Whitehaven Festival Saturday Travel
Festival opens at 10.00, with Sweet, From the Jam & Slade onstage until 22.30, fireworks starting at 22.40 and finishing at 23.00.
Park and ride:
Energus Car Park, Lilyhall, Workington - Wetherspoons, Whitehaven
09.30am – 23.30pm
Innovations Centre, Westlake’s Science Park - Bus Stop at Multi Story Car Park, Whitehaven
09.30am – 23.30pm
Vehicles will run a continuous service at peak times and a 15 minute service at off-peak times
