The death of 54-year-old man in Dumfries is being treated as murder.
Man charged over Dumfries death
A 40 year old man has been charged in connection with the death of Brian Scott. The 54 year old's body was found at a flat in Dumfries last Friday. The man will appear from custody at Dumfries Sheriff Court next week.
