A woman and a young girl have died and a man is seriously ill after suffering breathing difficulties on a private boat at Windermere in the Lake District.
The family of 36-year-old Kelly Webster and her 10-year-old daughter Lauren Thornton, who both died from suspected gas poisoning on a boat in Windermere, are expected to give a statement later today.
Matthew Eteson, aged 39, who was also on the boat, was taken to hospital for treatment, but was released yesterday afternoon (2nd April).
Cumbria Police say that their focus is on a generator, which was not an original part of the boat.
