Bucket list teen passes away

Alice Pyne has died at the age of seventeen.

The inspirational 17-year-old was at home with her family.

Her mother Vicky sent this message to Alice's thousands of Facebook friends and twitter followers at 11.35pm on Saturday:

"Our darling girl, Alice, gained her angel wings today. She passed away peacefully with Simon, Milly and myself by her side.

"We are devastated and know that our lives will never be the same again."

Alice worked tirelessly to raise money for charity despite being diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma four years ago.

She was awarded the British Empire Medal for services to charity in June.
