A grieving family say they'll fight on to find out how their mother died in Crete despite being told by authorities that her case is closed.
Jean Hanlon, from Dumfries, died on the Greek island in mysterious circumstances in 2009. The 53-year-old was found in the sea with a broken neck, and her two sons say they're convinced it wasn't an accident.
David and Michael Porter are travelling to Crete on Tuesday to push for the investigation to continue.
